You can make the flowers from tissue paper or buy silk. Use pipe cleaners for stems and glue on a few fake leaves. Cover the top of the flower pot with a sturdy, painted cardboard with a slot for the cards, and poke your stems through, secure with a knot or strong tape and youre all set!
